KDL Property Group will only collect information from you that is necessary to carry out one or moreof its functions or activities and undertakes to only collect information by lawful and fair means. Generally this will be collected by us when you deal with us either in person, by telephone, letter, facsimile, email or when you visit our website. We may request information about you when you make enquires or when you request other information.

Use and Disclosure

KDL Property Group will use your personal information to enable us to perform the functions of our business. Personal information may be disclosed and used by KDL Property Group network including affiliated companies. We may disclose your information to other parties as permitted or required by law, to various regulatory bodies and law enforcement officials and agencies and also to our third party service providers as well as our related entities and brands. Privacy Complaints

In the unlikely event that the matter cannot be resolved between KDL Property Group and an individual, then the matter should be referred to the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner.
